Children do not need shoes until they are walking confidently outside unaided. Pram shoes and ‘pre-walkers’ should only be used for special occasions if you think it’s absolutely necessary. When your baby is ready for their first pair of shoes, they should only be worn as protection for their feet: from harsh weather conditions, sharp objects, rough or slippery surfaces.
We believe that the best thing for little feet is being barefoot as they develop, strengthen and grow in a natural way.
We strongly recommended that you take your child into a shoe shop where professional shoe fitters can measure and fit his/her shoes.
